Learn to navigate with GPS apps on your cell phone that doesn’t require data.

Learn how to deal with bear encounters and how to avoid them.

Burn up to 1000 calories in 120 mins

Requirements
-
Must be over 25 years old and younger than 70 years old
-
Must have hiking boots with ankle support to wear in the program
-
Must have synthetic clothing that’s flexible and layered to be ready for the changing weather
-
Must not have a physical condition that could be made worse by exercise. This condition can be waived with a doctor's note.

Must be a team player
-
Must be able to walk up and down gentle hills without needing rest. The class is designed to be physically challenging for people who are not challenged by walking.
